1. What data we collect
Owners and moderators: name, email, phone (if provided), venue details, uploaded materials, payment history and payment receipts.
Menu guests: no registration is required. Statistics use an anonymous device fingerprint that changes every day and cannot identify a person. If a guest leaves a review or places an order, the name, contact, delivery address and comment they provide are stored.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language — to protect against abuse and run the service.
2. Why we use data
To provide the service: show menus, run the dashboard, accept payments and send notifications.
To protect the service from spam, manipulation and hacking.
To improve the service based on anonymous statistics.
3. Cookies and browser storage
We use only essential cookies: for dashboard sign-in, the “Remember me” feature and form protection. The order cart and details for repeat orders are stored in the guest’s browser and are not sent to us until the order is placed.
We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell data to third parties.
4. Who receives data
The venue — review and order data the guest addressed to it. Orders are passed to the venue via WhatsApp at the guest’s initiative.
Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) — only as needed to run the service.
Public authorities — only where required by law.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists. Detailed statistics are kept for up to 90 days and then aggregated into anonymous daily totals.
After an account is deleted, its data is deleted, except for payment records we are required to keep by law.
6. Data protection
Passwords are stored only as hashes, connections are protected by HTTPS and access to data is restricted. Uploaded images are re-encoded on the server.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to support@qrio.az. A guest can ask to delete their review or order through the venue or directly through us.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
